Many surveyors and solicitors will advise their clients to have the gas & plumbing systems inspected & tested prior to the purchase of a property.
Our House Buyers Inspection will provide you with peace of mind that when you take possession of the keys to your new home, you won’t be left out in the cold!
The Home Buyers Inspection is also beneficial for the home seller as it removes doubt from a prospective purchaser as to the suitability of the heating & plumbing installation within the property.
On completion of the Home Buyers Inspection we will provide a gas safety record & a report detailing the plumbing & heating systems installed. We will also provide recommendations for any remedial works that may be required.
We are also now able to offer an Electrical Home Buyers Inspection, This is a visual inspection identifying any defects, damage or deterioration of the electrical installation and determines whether the installation complies with the current electrical safety standard.
